From the chart it appears that about 50% of federal employees (managers and others) have a serious attitude problem. Fire the bums. I get tired of interacting with government employees who act like I am bothering them. Do your job and shut up. You are paid more than most, have benefits better than most and have retirement plans better than most. Shut up.
