But the issue IS NOT contraception.

The ISSUE IF THE FIRST AMENDMENT. Freedom to practice one’s religion WITHOUT Government interference.

If any GOP candidate is so dumb and narrow that he makes the HHS mandate an issue of contraception, he loses.
