The culture war is being won in the public schools.
The public school is better understood as the “school collective”.
It is silly to imagine that you can fix the public schools, because the very concept itself is communist.
The “public school” is BY FAR, the larges, most subversive, and most destructive entitlement program in the country.
It must be destroyed.
If you want to win the culture, have lots of children and homeschool them or form your own school cooperative with your church, synagogue, and like-thinking friends and relatives.
If you already have children, make whatever sacrifices you must to get them out of the public schools.
When Obama tries to attack Santorum for being an extremist that wants women with coat hangars in closets and push old people in wheel chairs off cliff it will back fire.

I think if the polling questioon has mentioned abortion drugs, the anti-HHS response would have been a lot higher. Really.
I don’t think you are right. The next thing the Rats want to make Catholics accept will be abortion. If they can get them to accept contraceptives and abortion pills what’s next except abortion itself. That would keep PP going for years and years.
If the pubs would get out there and keep emphasizing how this administration wants to make contraception for free while insulin for diabetes costs $1200 a quarter....
....where is Boehner? where is McConnell? They weren’t on last week’s Sunday talk shows but maybe this coming Sunday?
Americans were never screaming that contraception should be given away for free but the pubs aren’t fighting back, as is their wont.

this argument is also being made, just not as loudly for a few reasons....it’s the “formal cooperation with evil” argument...might be more effective in court than on the street
already in the works; they’ll be trying to shift the peeps to long-lasting birth control methods (IUDS, monthly pills, etc) next, the kind they pass out in Africa.
The mandate includes birth control, abortion, sterilization, morning after pills already. This is what the big uproar is about. Obama’s trying to make it sound like it’s all about birth control. It’s not.
I'm not sure how far down the totalitarian road America can be taken with so many praying Christians. After Jesus comes for us, however, things will get MUCH worse VERY quickly. (The first three and a half years after we’re gone, half the world is dead. By the end of seven years, all are dead except for a handful of Jews hiding in Jordan. BTW, many of those killed are killed for their faith and are with Jesus in heaven.)
I know that doesn’t sound like very good news but it actually is because the Lord is clearing the decks for His Day: a thousand years of peace under His rule in Jerusalem. What a Day that will be.
In the meantime, we see this inexorable move to the Left and Socialism. Why? Why would people in the freest country in the world throw away what others (immigrants and patriots) have lost their lives to have here? Well, I share your pain in your well-written comments. I’ve just come across a couple videos of Milton Friedman which are both wonderful just to hear and I think shed light on this question. One of them is kind of long and bad resolution, but well worth the time to listen. Links below.
