General Motors has posted its most profitable year ever in 2011, coming a long way since being bailed out in 2008 and going bankrupt in 2009... And as a reward of the banner year, GM "says union workers will get $7,000 profit-sharing checks."

So let me get this straight... They are giving union hacks bonuses while still owing the taxpayers billions...and the media thinks this is a good thing?
We are so screwed.
That's good...You won't have to worry about American blue collar workers getting more money than you think they deserve...All that extra cash will go straight to Japan...
And the bankers are about to become Republican donors, using taxpayer dollars, again...
Problem is, there are a far sight more Democrat union members than there are Republican bankers...

So, the combination of not paying any corporate taxes, not paying back tax payers for TARP or their multiple Bailouts, robbing the bond holders and GM China having a bumper year, we now have claims of profit...and that’s a model for corporate success!
