No, on the contrary, it looks like Romney is the one who peaked in Arizona.
Rick's numbers are going up in Arizona and Georgia.

As of 2/1/12 Romney was 48 and Santorum was 13.
As of 2/16/12 Romney is now 38 and Santorum is 31.
So yeah, Romney is in trouble in Arizona, and Michigan, and Newt has Rick Santorum on his heals on Georgia.
