That is a very rugged and strong “Sheep Herder’s” jack, (AKA Handyman or Hi-lift jack) not some cheap bumper jack.
We use those jacks to pack 100lb tobacco bales
Great for changing front tires on 150 hp tractors
Definitly not your ordinary car jack but still
crazy how easy to bypass that fence
