GOP Scrambles under Allegations of Voter Fraud in Maine Caucuses

I haven't seen this posted earlier here; if not, this is certainly something that Freepers will probably be interested in. (I stumbled upon it surfing by a web site that primarily focuses on AGW issues, but has the occasional OT post).

My link was bad, and my question is would the Minnesotans for Global Warming be a credible source on the Maine Caucus?

i was there.

i saw it.

the vote counting process was so informal that the cheating cannot be proven and if a particular caucus chairman did not cheat, he cannot prove that, either. The ballots ... no security, so even if they still exist, no way to prove that they are the original ballots, since plenty of extra unused ballots were available to anyone.

Outrageous. A joke.

BS. if Ron Paul is not the candidate Paultards vote for the next greatest drug legalization candidate.

I want Mittens to lose the Maine delegates, but most Paultards will stay home or vote Obama in the general election.

Voter Fraud In Maine Caucus Investigated
A local FOX news station in Ohio investigated allegations of voter fraud in the Maine Caucus.  During its investigation, it found that many cities had not been counted in the vote tally which supposedly elected Mitt Romney over Ron Paul.

Brevard Times corrected its article on the Maine results last Sunday from Mitt Romney wins to Mitt Romney did not win the Maine Caucus.

The allegations are disturbing that the Republican Party in Maine, like Iowa, delayed announcing that Mitt Romney had actually lost those races.  The delayed Iowa results stole momentum from Rick Santorum going into New Hampshire while creating the illusion that Mitt Romney had the momentum.

Now, the Maine Republican Party will not address the additional votes which will take place this coming Saturday and announce an actual winner of its Caucus until after Super Tuesday.  Like Iowa, this could potentially steal momentum from Ron Paul if he actually won Maine while creating the illusion that Romney stopped his slide after losing to Santorum in Minnesota, Missouri, and Colorado.

The Florida Republican Party also had a hand in breaking the rules to favor Romney by making its primary winner-take-all even though the rules strictly prohibit an early winner-take-all delegate award.

The city-by-city Maine Caucus results are posted below where it shows many towns had not been counted.  The full Fox News segment regarding voter fraud in Maine can be found here.

Considering his oft stated stance on Iran, any remaining RONPAUL! supporter should have a listing in the DSM.

If you can explain to me why people who support a lunatic are not themselves of questionable mental status, I’m all ears.

Because when you consider the alternatives of phonies and frauds like saint Rick and myth you take the good w the bad when on balance the good far outweighs the bad.

Newt is ok by me - Santorum and Myth are a freaking joke.

Tha “Bad” in this case gets a few hundred million dead Americans, radioactive craters where major cities used to be and Sharia Law spread far and wide.

With Rick or God help us, even Romney, that’s not nearly the concern. With Paul, it’s a forgone conclusion. I’m a Newt guy now too, but RP is suicidal for America and the rest of the planet.

Iran does not have even close to the delivery vehicle for a nuke on us.

Really? Then perhaps the satellite they recently launched with an orbit taking it over SanFran and DC with a rated capacity to carry a kiloton EMP capable Nuke is just a figment of the Pentagon’s imagination.

Surely they couldn’t de-orbit it on command for a closer blast...

And all that unsealed border is just too ecure for them to sneak through...

And....

I’m not buying into the scare tactics. Obama needs a war to avoid to get his long wanted engery crisis as well as diversion from his disastrous policies.

Obama is pulling a wag the dog scenarion here and I am not buying into the propaganda.

You are free to believe whatever you like. I respect that fully. But this is not a scare tactic. This is the actions of a hostile country with an oft stated desire to make us and Israel go bye bye in the name of Allah. That sat isn’t fake. It’s carrying capacity is not a DC focus group tested talking point. Iran’s nuke program, nor all the tech that went missing after the Soviets collapsed is not a Tom Clancy novel. It’s reality.

I believe they will try at first opportunity. I am not willing to ignore their history and I am not willing to vote for a man who is. Based on the above, I think anyone willing to vote for such a man is a dangerously naive fool at best, a willful accomplice at minimum, that could well assist in getting us all killed.
