Law enforcement is now taking action in direct response to an NBC2 investigation involving potential voter fraud. It comes after we uncovered non U.S. citizens who were registered to vote.
The Collier County Sheriff's office is investigating two voters who admit they are not U.S. citizens, yet cast ballots in numerous elections.
"This is the first year we've actually had a complaint come in that non-citizens were voting," said Sergeant David White, who is assigned to the county's economic crimes unit.
White got the names from the Supervisor of Elections office after the NBC2 Investigators examined jury excusal forms where residents said they couldn't serve because they were not U.S. citizens.
We found nearly 100 of those names in the database of Florida registered voters.
So far, Lee and Collier county election supervisors have removed 34 of those people from the voter rolls.
Thirty-five voters provided documentation to verify citizenship. If 28 others don't respond to certified letters soon, they'll also be removed.
Our investigation also sparked change within both county election offices. They now get monthly jury excusal reports to help verify citizenship.

Harrington plans to ask law enforcement to prosecute six voters next week.
Voter fraud is a third degree felony, and it carries a $5,000 fine and up to five years in prison.

This story is from some months back in Michigan. Fortunately we now have a good secretary of state who is doing what she can to purge the voter rolls. Naturally she gets zero help from the feds.

A single mother, with two children who has a full time job that pays $7.25 an hour has an effective income of $48,000 a year when you add all the benefits she and her children receive from the government: food stamps, Medicaid coverage, subsidized child care, school lunch program, “Temporary” Assistance to Needy Families, subsidized housing, Earned Income Tax Credit, etc.

In 2005, the pay outs totaled $924 million. This program allows low income earners to claim a $1,000 per child credit.
EITC claims---can run up to over $3000 per claim. $20 billion is estimated to have been paid out to these cunning "impoverished" illegals. Most of them are collecting over and over again-----using multiple identities-----falsifying apps---claiming children they do not have and/or falsely stating kids are back in their homelands. y know vote-crazed US politicians will do anything to get votes.
I just purchased pseudo-phed nasal decongestant at my local pharmacy. To make this $6 purchase, I had to show my driver’s license, have the pharmacist enter all of the information from it into a data base and sign a document that I was making this purchase for legal purposes. I have to produce a picture ID to pay by check, purchase liquor or cigarettes and board an airplane. I bet you need a picture ID to get food stamps, unemployment benefits or welfare payments. Why the heck then is it burdensome and discriminatory to ask for an ID in order to vote?
US citizens Entering the US from Mexico or Canada now requires a passport or a passport card. Illegal aliens can still sneak across without ID.

Wisconsin passed a voter ID bill and the lefties and the sob-sisters in the “League of Women Voters” are crying their eyes out because it’s “voter suppression” because there is NO election fraud—ever.
