Afghan protests erupt over Koran burning [No media outrage at Obama]

Protesters hurling petrol bombs and firing slingshots besieged the largest US-run military base in Afghanistan on Tuesday, furious over reports that NATO troops burned copies of the Koran.
The enraged crowd shouted "Death to Americans" and "Death to infidels" as guards at Bagram airbase, north of Kabul, responded by firing rubber bullets from a watchtower, said an AFP photographer, who was hit in the neck.

Now Obama apparently enrages the Muslim street, but the networks and most newspapers are silent.

Here is what the USA should tell Mr. Karzai in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS:
"Mr. Karzai, you get YOUR PEOPLE under control IMMEDIATELY, or else we will PULL ALL OF OUR TROOPS OUT IMMEDIATELY and TO HELL WITH THIS 'NATION-BUILDING' THING. One more thing... WE WILL AERIAL BOMB ANYWHERE and ANYTIME we feel necessary, ONCE WE PULL OUR TROOPS OUT!"
