Getting down on her knees, approaching the dog from behind, putting her hand under the dog’s jaw, sticking her face in his face, were all things that the dog didn’t like. It was obvious in the video watching the dog’s facial expressions, body language, and reaction. He DID like the scratching/petting of his head, but all the rest in combination was more than the already uncomfortable dog could take.

I wish her a complete and speedy recovery, but keep her away from animals. She is clueless.

The very first qualification for a news anchor. (I hope she recovers. And learns. Dogs are like people.)
