God, you're dense. You just don't get. I don't regard a non-functional court system as legitimate. Here, look up the word "Volksgerichtshof " to get a better understanding of what I mean.
Our system is defective, and the fact that it is in POWER now does not make it correct.
If there was anything that would demonstrate to me that you are a Democrat, it is this inability to comprehend the conservative disdain for what has become Sozialistisch courts. Regarding their rulings, I would laugh as much as I would had the Volksgerichtshof issued a ruling about the Juden, which means not at all, nor would I consider it legitimate.
The Courts may decide which direction the guns get pointed, but they cannot decide what is the objective truth. You obviously have no conception of such a thing.

Ha! More Liberal thinking. It is a axiom of "progressive" ideology that some people ought to use the force of Government to "guide" others into "correct" thinking. I prefer to utilize Benjamin Franklin's observation.
