One of my buds told me he flew to the Philippines by PAL on a 10 hour flight straight, no stopover a year ago. Because he does business there, he learned one trick..he stood and never sat down before the actual flight to avoid “butt pain”.

I've done the PAL flight from LAX to Manila a few times. It stops for fuel and food in Guam. Passengers stay on board.
