Southern California is a de facto Mexican state.
Let’s just give Southern California to Mexico. We can break off the north to the State of Jefferson, like they wanted to do in the 40s.
No north/south breakup.....California is as red as many states once you get 75 miles inland....it should be an east/west separation.
