This Muslim judge needs to be impeached by the state legislature of Pennsylvania. He has violated his oath to uphold the Constitution which provides equal protection, freedom of speech, the right of assembly, and freedom of religion. He furthermore broke judicial demeanor when he said that the American would be killed in a Muslim country. This is a threat. It is a hate crime. Yet this is exactly the way many Muslims interpret their religion, that they are supposed to make Christians feel oppressed.

Does the Pennsylvania constitution allow for impeachment? He certainly should be removed by the legislature if they have the power to do so.
