I've been to just about every Eastern Caribbean island, and I think I could enumerate your list in order of 'unsafe to get out of sight of your cruise ship'.

Haiti would be my #1, because you certainly don't want to roll through there without your column of USMC AmTracs and LAV-25s if you go out of sight of your LHD.
