Out of curiosity, what do you think the rules should be at a hospital concerning people who walk in, pick up a baby, claim to be a parent, and head for the door?

For the people who entrust their newborns to a hospital, they should be identified as crazy for doing so. Thank them for assigning an SSN to your newborn without asking.
