I read the story and I want to know how Lockyer happened to come into possession of the information how to contact the other man’s father. It is a crime to misuse the CLETS system.....which formerly as AG, Lockyer would have had oversight of. If any DOJ Special Agent did a run and passed on the info to Lockyer, they have both committed a crime.
