Homosexuals have the same rights we heteorosexuals do and are not regarded as “separate but equal”.
Black people were not treated fairly and had their own pools,water foutains,seats on the bus,places at restaurants,etc. They were regarded as “seperate but equal”,which is impossible and wrong.
