Not winner takes all, is it?
Oh, and I forgot...CRAP!!!
This is exactly what happens when marginal candidates in a race like Gingrich in MI can wreak havoc and give us Romney.
Only in AZ but not in MI
So Newt gets 7%. Gingrich didn’t politic in Michigan. He left it all for Ricky to play with Mittens.
Yep, saw that coming.
One Freaking debate caused this? The stuplification of the American Idol generation.
This country is so screwed.
Saving grace is Santorum will still get about 11-13 delegates.
Puhleeze!
How can you blame Newts 7% for Romneys win?
Why not blame Pauls 15% or the open primary?
Marginal? That’s cute.
Gingrich had no business being in this race. Romney should have been frank and thanked Gingrich profusely. Now Romney gets the big headlines of the night, a big bump, momentum, and now have it all wrapped up by Super Tuesday.
Get out Newt! Please!
Take away the Dem votes for Santorum, and Romney gets a few more percentage points in reality...
Santorum really not as close a 3%, imo.
Paul supporters are libertarian nut-heads. Mostly it is males who vote for Gingrich and Santorum. If Gingrich pulled out of MI, Santorum would likely have made the biggest upset of this race, it would have been seismic.
Even Super Tues may not push this thing over the proverbial hump.
I think like 67% of the overall delegates remain after Super Tues.
This election cycle has become a fiasco.
I am no Paul supporter, but yo can hardly blame Newt.
I think a lot of the reason Rick polled well is that he courted big labor Dems, and tonight after the win he is talking of taking away the stuff they care about.
Rick is playing with fire IMHO
Evangelicals always go for Santorum, I wonder why Catholics don’t like Santorum.
Gingrich is the only one of the four qualified to be POTUS. Gee, they repeat and take as their own just about every idea he has.
Of course the only guy actually talking about issues should leave so that we can vote between two vapid empty suits?
Too many socially liberal Catholics.
