Is Wyoming winner-take-all or proportional!
They don’t allocate delegates until their state convention, It is difficult to say what they do, but it is not strictly proportional, no winner-take all. They seem to do a mutual agreement thing at the state convention... I am not a Wyoming Person, Just dug around and found the results in various places, most notably at the Wyoming GOP website...
