Based on what Hannity and Tucker Carlson have said so far about his health, I am guessing either a ruptured plaque in a coronary artery or cardiac arrhythmia. If he had cardiomegaly, such an arrhythmia would not be surprising at all.

Why not? He was probably busy all day. We belong to a 24 hr gym so we can go when we have the time. My late husband, a VN vet who died at 40, frequently walked at night. My son and I walk late at night in the summer.
There’s nothing strange about it, unless you live in a bad neighborhood. In which case, you are more likely to get killed than to drop dead.
