Don't Eat Polk Salad

Poke is edible.. Boil and drain the water 3 times.

Southern staple,,bacon grease and onions..

Young leaves are better than old big leaves.

You can eat the leaves like any other greens, just boil it a few minutes then rinse and boil again in fresh water.
