Kate...Have been away from the election for a couple days now...not commenting much as I want this to go further with all three in the game....although ideally Romney stepping down would be more than a celebration!

At any rate am staying the course with Newt all the way, am absolutely convinced he's the only man for the job....all others pale in comparison....and that's just the facts.

Unfortunately we have voters falling for social-lite Santorum, who won't do squat ...his plan sucks and he has no clout in Washington or history to show he can get congress on board.....we'll go further in debt while he addresses contraceptives, and the social issues dear to him...but don't pay the bills or steer the ship!

Glad you are back caww:) I’ve been away too...tornado hit here and killed my former next door neighbor. We went to our shelter and came out after the all clear on the weather radio...2 am in the morning the Search and Rescue was here looking for our friend...little did we know until the next morning he was a victim of the tornado.
But I am still here through so much going on at home and will fight for our guy Newt

Those are my feeling exactly. Santorum is at best okay, but if you look at him as a leader, he’s going to get bogged down on controversial social issues when he should be driving the dagger into the heart of the Democrat machine over this debt nonsense and economic downturn.

When the economy starts turning around, you can start to address social issues.

I just see Santorum stumbling all over himself like he has done throughout this campagin. Newt is a finisher. It’s just evident. The guy gets things done.

I voted early for Newt in Tennessee. I can only hope he surges enough to get back in the race.
