I want to see how Limbaugh plays his apology Monday before I pass judgment on it. For the weekend cycle, his apology is collateral damage yes — but I am not sure we have heard the end of this from Rush.
His apology was not at all like Imus’ apology. And he is much smarter than Imus. Thus this story is not over yet and could still head in any number of directions.
I noticed that he only apologised for his choice of words. I hope is only apologising for “prostitute” and not “slut.”
