“shot an intruder in his house” then they say he was on th porch with a single wound to the chest. The story is sketchy at best. If he was shot on the porch and it was not enclosed with a locked door, I agree with you. not really enough detail to be sure.
They just interviewed one of the kid’s “best” friends. There was a party and they all ran from cops to avoid under-age drinking tickets. Supposedly the guy, went into the enclosed porch and was shot. Of course the inference is the homeowner is at fault, yadda yadda. I am sure there will be a lot more info as time goes on. The news station made a big deal about the homeowner not responding to requests for interview. Uh, no kidding. Reporters really are about worthless.
