Rush Limbaugh apologized on Saturday for calling a Georgetown Law student a slut for testifying about contraception and starting a firestorm of outrage. Kirsten Powers says the liberals who led the charge need to start holding their own side accountable.
Did you know there is a war on women?

Blowing his own horn IS what he does best!
At the risk of sounding Rush esque - should we pay attention to what comes out of Powers’ mouth?
After all, we’ve all seen (sadly) what went in it a few years ago.
Those Egyptian guys have been a little testy since the Arab Spring.
Limbaughs sponsors who deserted him are below.

Rush should say NOTHING about this on Monday. Zip, zilch, nada. Discuss the important topics of the day only. Talk about the price of gas and the Keystone pipeline. Talk about our “friends” in Afghanistan killing our men. Talk about the real amout of joblessness. Talk about the new estimates of the price of obamacare. But do not say one word about this or anything about contraception. The MSM and the democrats put this on the table and it’s time for Rush to take it off the table.
Rush’s Monday broadcast will prove to be one of the most listened to programs since he began in 1988. The advertisers that remain will be happy about that.
Apparently, Ms. Fluke has had more things inside her than a parking garage.
Indeed. She’s the gal who asks the question :Is it a sin to be so friendly?’’. Seriously, she is a dumb little tramp.
Interesting. My opinion of Kirsten Powers just went up several notches.
Glad she penned a op-ed about it. She was doing fine work Friday on Twitter.
So we’re going to let the Left win the culture wars, the 2012 elections and take back AM radio? What’ll we have left when this is all over? CB & shortwave radio and a few blogs here and there? NASCAR and most of country music? I’m sure the next American Václav Havel will come from those environs...
Rush shouldn’t have apologized. Any woman who needs $3000.00 per year ($250.00 per month)for birth control is a slut. Besides he phrased it as a question, ‘She would be called a slut, right?’. The end of his comment was the use of a old word for promiscuity.
Rush is not a mysoginist. In truth, I don’t think Maier or Obermann are either. The latter just don’t like Conservatives, male or female.
I will be calling ProFlowers to voice my opposition to their caving to Liberals and pulling their sponsorship. If anyone knows other sponsors that have followed suit, please let me know so I may contact them.
Everytime the Left calls for a boycott, Rush’s numbers go up.
Or you could tune out, switch to another station, or read the internet.
She could go w/o starbucks for a day & then afford her bc.
I predict the words 'nappy' and 'headed' will, or will not be, heard on his program on Monday.
I beg to differ. Sandra Fluke talked exclusively about other women at Georgetown and women in general. She never mentioned her own sex life and never even said she was on contraceptives. She never said she had been on contraceptives. She never said she had ever had sex. That's where Rush blew this one big time.
Liberal concern for humanity is fake.
It’s used to enrich and empower themselves.
