Not a blog. Blogging (or a shortening of the words Web Log) is like an online, ongoing journal, or diary with multiple dates, or at least that is what is is supposed to be.

This was a statement on her web site, one time, one date. Sorry, but not a "blog." Just a statement by her. No journal, no diary--dated today and signed by her.

I definitely don't call a website of a radio host a blog, but I imagine she's getting paid for her efforts, violating your definition.
