I've had my CM9 since last April. I've put over 2000 round through it so far. Very accurate and easy to conceal. I've had the premature slide lock happen on a couple of occasions. The second or third round would bump the slide lock just enough to cause it to catch the slide as it cycles back. One way to remedy this is avoid ammo with a wide ogive. What I did to get rid of the problem was to file enough metal off of the tab on the slide lock so it can't make contact with a round. If you do that, I recommend filing slowly with a hand file or stone(not a Dremel).

Do you remember what kind of ammo you were using?
I was using Winchester white box 115gr.
