I wondered if they were one of the companies. What do we do in place of them?
I’ve had to have my backups restored twice - the first time without much of a hitch and just two weeks ago, a real nightmare. My docs (Excel and Word) were in pictures - pictures were all over the place. They had to take remote access of my computer to sort out Windows Live Mail and it took 4 people to accomplish it properly.
Is there another choice out there for offsite backups?
I have 4 subscriptions with them and every one of them is going to be cancelled ... as soon as I find their competitor.
