Yes Santorum has major delegate Problems in Tn. He did not Seat a full slate. He is hoping Rick Perry will give him his Delegates. But Rick Perry did not seat a full slate.

Besides the Delegate issue Santorum has in VA(Newt missed as well), OH, and TN. Santorum also has Delegate issues in Indiana and Washington DC.

If your Conservative in OH vote Santorum. But a Conservative in GA and TN needs to vote Newt.
