I am challenging you to support what your claim. If you can’t meet the challenge you are a fabricator.

And by ordering me to tell you what I want to keep private you're what? Trying to save me from being a fabricator? Who gave you that job?

I don’t claim to be the spokesman for anyone.

Then why are you making the statement "Tech doesn’t give a damn about color." How do you know that? Have surveyed the innermost thoughts of every decision maker in every technology company? If not, you're the fabricator.

Furthermore, your last sentence doesn’t make sense.

It doesn't make sense to you. That fact alone is not proof that it doesn't make sense. It is proof of something, however.

You made the claim. I didn’t. The burden of proof is yours not mine. Try as you will to obfuscate the issue, a challenge to your statement is a challenge and nothing more.
Making the claim in a public forum and then relying on a claim of privacy about a public enterprise is senseless, and makes your claim questionable when it need not be.
A reading of publications and press releases concerning tech R&D, deployment and promotions will make it clear that color is not a factor in Tech. Ability is the driving factor in hiring and promotion in Tech.
No matter how you seek to spin it your last sentence is without understandable meaning.
