The Left does not understand the Constitution. They never have. They cannot stop Rush even though they think they can.

With other Liberal commentators out there like Ed Schultz, Howard Stern, Bill Maher, etc,,, who have all said far worse than Rush did, and got away with it, it is the rule of Law that they will have to let Rush go also.

They may try to sue Rush, or get his network affiliations canceled, but that alone would also violate the Constitution.

Clear Channel, (Who airs Rush) etc, is hog tied, Since they also have Schultz, Stern, AirHead Amerika, etc, all of which would be a clear example of the ultimate Bias and hypocrisy.

Programming on Armed Forces Radio and TV is given to the DoD at little to no cost to the government. Commercial advertisements are removed and replaced with military-specific information ads. The troops would probably complain mightily if this free show was taken away.

Thanks. Sears and JC Penney’s will not be hard to boycott, although I do like Craftsman products. With Sears already in trouble you would think they would be smarter than this.
