Sadly true. The left gets away with so so much because very few on the right call them out on it, with the exception of a few like Mark Levin.
This is why I miss Andrew Breitbart. He wasn’t afraid to call it as he sees it.
I can hear Andrew screaming from his grave.
He will be missed. :(
The left gets away with their double standard behavior because they have a more effective and established apparatus in which to distribute, package and reinforce their narrative. The internet, think tanks and cable news have leveled the playing field somewhat, but it will take a lot longer to have an impact on those who only passively pay attention to current events and who by their nature are most susceptible to leftist talking points. Overcoming the huge advantage of, for instance, the entertainment and academia industries, is a monumental task of which the right’s apparatus barely impacts.
Breitbart recognized this and was starting to adjust that paradigm. Hopefully the progress will continue after him.
