so, is Big Labor going to cut and run, or are they going to waste another half-trillion of their members money on this?

It’s all going to come down to getting out to vote... you can disagree with the recall but if you stay home it won’t matter one bit. I’m worried about buses full of dead people...

The reason the militaristic types in the unions are striving so mightily, is that this is their launch point to turn the “red tide” coming in at them. For them, it is do or die, and since they already have a martyr complex, dying does not sound so bad.

And what the heck, they might squeak out a win. Wisconsin voters are a pretty malleable bunch, you know. Budget deficites are not interesting things for the most part, but marching grade-school students are.

Jesus said, “Suffer the little children to come unto me” (Mark 10:14), but the punctuation is changed just a little - “Suffer, little children!”

...or buses full of live ones from Chicago. Look for the voter tallies in Kenosha and Racine Counties to exceed 120% of registered voters.

I agree. I am glad to see the people of Wisconsin not falling for the liberal/union lies.

“is Big Labor going to cut and run, or are they going to waste another half-trillion of their members money on this?”

Why not? It’s stimulus money; it’s not like it was ever really theirs to begin with.

It’s ours.

I wouldn’t be sure that this is costing Big Labor more to run the recall than it’s costing the Republicans to defend themselves. I’d be curious about the actual numbers.

I imagine it is costing the STATE millions.

This could be a turning point for the public employee unions, so it’s not surprising that they’re going all out. What worries me is that the Democrat machines in the corrupt cities will be counting the votes.

Still, these poll numbers are certainly good news.

“so, is Big Labor going to cut and run, or are they going to waste another half-trillion of their members money on this?”

That’s why this poll may not be great news. This may scare them off. Best result would be keeping Walker AND letting the unions blow another $40 million. That’s $40 million less for the presidential race. Now they may cut and run.

Just wait until the Dems vote to block the mining bill today (if they haven’t already). The private unions came out in support of the mine so now its just the Dems (and mainly Jauch) that will feel heat on eliminating the addition of 2000 jobs.

Falk also came out today and said she will repeal Voter ID.

The spread will get larger.
