Christian actor Kirk Cameron was a guest on Piers Morgan Tonight over the weekend to discuss Monumental, his new project on the roots of America coming to theaters later this month, when the British host of the program suddenly turned subject and asked Cameron his views on homosexual marriage....

Beck had him as a guest a week or so ago talking about this movie. Can’t wait to see it. I loved his work on Fireproof.
Kirk had a hard time just saying that homosexuality is a sin. God could not be more clear in the Bible on the subject. He calls it an abomination. Yes, it’s a sin.
When Morgan kept pushing him on the 7 states having redefined marriage, Kirk missed an opportunity to point out that those states did not put such a major issue to a vote by the people, but instead, mandated it by judicial or legislative fiat. He also could have pointed out that of the dozens of states where it has been voted on, the people soundly reject homosexual “marriage.”
The Democrats are violating all of Kirk’s First Amendment Right to practice his religion by first passing Homosexual Marriage in several states and then condemning Kirk for his view on Gay Marriage.

Kirk Cameron has been very good in promoting christian values and beliefs. I urge everyone to check out his new movie March 27 called: Monumental - in search of America’s treasure. Thats why I went on this personal journey, to be able to put my hand on the bars of the dungeons that the Pilgrims were thrown into and actually hold John Hancocks John Hancock in my hands. So that I understand where we get the constitution, the Declaration, and the Mayflower Compact and all of the ideas that America has become famous for and produced this lasting liberty for 400 years.

The sneaky leftist bastard Piers Morgan tried the same question with Michele Bachmann last night. She wouldn’t fall for his trap and said she was there to talk about getting rid of Obama. The goofy looking brit kept pressing her, trying to get her to say something. She held her ground. I despise that crooked-mouthed, dopy looking leftwing Morgan.

Maybe he didn’t know this.
BBC Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson punched this clown in the nose for a reason...
We have already bought tickets to see his new movie on 3/27 i believe is the date....i am supporting the movies that promote my values and my country ....God bless him and his work
The same can be said for other sins. When I see a man with a roll of fifties at the gas station, I may wish I too had a roll of fifties. This is a natural temptation. If I nurtured that temptation with thoughts of steeling that mans money (coveting) or if I act on that desire and crack him on the head and take that money (assault and theft) than I have sinned.
I’d ask him how he feels about listening in on peoples’ voice mail.
Are these Christian films? I seem to recall seeing an article about a mega church that is producing some Christian movies that are being very well received. I wonder if this is one of them....
I believe these two bills, if passed, will lead to a Constitutional showdown: Freedom of Speech and Relgion vs Homosexuality.
All true. The question, though, was, "is homosexuality a sin?"--the behavior of homosexuality. And, the answer is yes.
He may not have. Also, I have to imagine that in a situation like he was in--before a hostile leftist--it is probably easy to "forget" things you know, and then later beat yourself up thinking of what you should've said.
Kirk did a great job in that situation! I was not meaning to criticize. It's never easy to stand firmly in this dark world, but it is certainly worth it to do so.
Well stated.
The facts are very simple. Christians cannot freely practice their religion if homosexuals are married.

Yes, and you are correct about the Church behind the production. Those movies are Fireproof, and Courageous. Both were well worth the watch. Don’t expect Oscar level acting, but the message of both are very strong and well received by Christians who watched them.
I don’t think the Church is involved with this one.
Great, thank you for the follow up.
