Gdansk? You serious? Gdansk has long gone bankrupt. Currently they only have 2000 workers left. They are depending on money from EU and they hardly ever built much other then container ships, bulk carriers and passenger ferries. A modern aircraft carrier? Not a chance.
Actually India just built 1 aircraft carrier and is in process of completing another one.
