The Iranian facilities are so far underground that short of a bunker-busting nuke nothing may work. Obama has fought for 6 years from keeping an attack on the Iranian facility and for those 6 years the Iranians have dug deeper and deeper knowing the likes of Obama won't be in office forever.

We (or Israel, most likely) don't need to destroy the facilities. We only need to make the them "UNIHABITABLE".
