You see.. Rush had not heard of Ms Flute while Maher knew who Palin was and therefore what Rush did was horrible and evil while what Maher did was OK.
Simple. Right? And we are suppose to have discourse with these Marxist-Alinsky dangerous, psycho spoiled brats?
I just came back home, checked my answering machine and was left a robocall by some group named “Women of the 99%.” They are urging me to contact my Congressman Dan Lungren (Northern California) and demand that he speak out against Rush Limbaugh.
Maybe I’ll get one referring to Savage too.
My understanding of all this is that if you are a public figure, i.e. Palin, Bachmann, Ingraham, there’s not a whole lot you can do about someone calling you names, it comes with the territory, however, if you are a private citizen like this fluke chick, it’s a whole different ballgame, she can sue limbaugh for slander. He has no proof that she is a slut and she could conceivably win millions. I don’t listen to him but from what I’ve read he ranted for three days about her - he went too far imo - when his advertisers starting dropping him that’s when he caved and apologized. He told his listeners that the sponsors decided they didn’t want to do business with them, that’s not the case at all, they dropped him because of what he said, they disagreed with his behavior and dropped him and they have every right to do so. They did not say, screw you limbaugh listeners, they said, screw you limbaugh, we are standing up for what we believe and now in turn his listeners are boycotting the sponsors that pulled their advertising, in other words, they are standing up for what they believe, it’s a two way street. Limbaugh should have known better.
With Kuhner, we get an actual live 3rd hour.

IMO it was his way of saying "boycott 'em if you wish what else could the sponsors think my listeners would do." He had just said before that that he could not call for a boycott but you listeners were all free to decide for yourselves. That's how I interpreted it.
Also, I heard his rants. I must say again. I started listening to Rush from day one in 1984 KFBK Sacramento. I thought "What the hell is that? Who is this?"
A lot of people all over northern California reacted exactly the same way. It in fact did take a couple of weeks for us to "get it." That was my personal experience.
To be honest when Rush moved to NYC I and others thought.. "No way that he will be successful -- the rest of the country will never understand."
My point is: I am a fan but there are things that I do not agree with him.
As for the name-calling, what I heard was more like, if she wants $3,000 then that's asking for money for the purpose of sex and that makes her a slut, a whore or whatever the offensive terms were.
But the most important thing is that it matters not one whit to the Left.. their only purpose is Mau-Mauing Limbaugh along with threats to kill him. They want him and all opponents silenced even if Limbaugh and the others have to be killed to silence them.
I do honestly believe that the 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus spoiled brats and their ideological issue now have their own Establishment and are serious about their decades-old intent to secede from and destroy the Constitutional republic and its social contract, freedoms and inalienable rights..
Limbaugh is like Fort Sumter and the Mau-Mauing and death threats are like the shelling of Fort Sumter and could signal the beginning of Civil War II.
