Reforms like transforming Social Security toward optional private accounts was also championed by Herman Cain and Rick Perry and it is no wonder that they endorsed Newt. By contrast Romney mostly protects the political establishment with respect to Social Security reform and Santorum is little better.

Therefore, it is very critical for Newt to present these ideas to as many people in America and around the world.

Newt is for radical change in Washington, while the other candidates seek, in his words, to “manage the decay.” And many younger people get that.
