Lap 31 — Martin Truex Jr. is within a few car legnths of being able to make a move on Joey Logano for third place.

Lap 29 — The gap between first and second remains about the same, and it’s more than 5.5 seconds from leader Dale Earnhardt Jr. back to third-place Joey Logano.

Lap 26 — Kevin Harvick has sliced a tenth or two off Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s lead, but it’s still very healthy at 2.1 seconds.

Lap 24 — Jimmy Spencer won what is now a Nationwide Series race here in 1998 ... oh, never mind!
