I see no evidence of that. They seem to have swallowed this sophistry without a whimper. The Obamacare law put their air supply and their testicles both in the hands of Kathleen Sebelius. Maybe when SCOTUS tells them they aren't getting 40 million new customers at gunpoint they will start fighting back.

They dont fight back against you, or the governmnt.

They fight back against their suppliers - paying less for procedures, covering fewer procedures that are less politically correct, etc.
