Last August I moved from Seattle to Kentuky. My name points out the only downside of my choice. ;-)

Wow, he’s going from a newly and growing communist society to one that actually has some small hope of throwing the yoke of communism off and to better weather.

I understand his reasoning completely.

He wants to go someplace that’s less socialist than Seattle and Washington.

So, he picked Cuba.

Venceramos.

It’s a great place if you like ‘50s Chevys and 19th century healthcare.

LOL!
Maybe he can sign up for the Philip Agee health plan. It’s free!

On the other hand, want to bet if he gets sick, he’ll be back to the good ol’ USSA.

I wonder if Castro gave him a rice cooker?

He’ll stand in line for three hours in order to buy one slice of pizza all the while crowing, “This is socialism! It’s beautiful! High on the people, WOOOOOIEEE!!!”

One thing I’m confused about is will they allow him to report in an unbiased manner, or will he have to tow the party line with the risk of deportation? If he can actually report fairly, this could be interesting. If it’s a bunch of fluff pieces, not so much. I know he mentioned the discontent and possible uprising, so it doesn’t sound like he’s spewing the party line totally.

On the plus, if he’s a liberal, this will be good for him. He’ll see first hand the horrors of communism.

For once a Lib who actually follows his principles and leaves this rotten, stinking, festering, unjust mess of a country.

Gotta admire him for that.
