Why are you covered in tinfoil?

Let me get this straight, you are against ad hominen attacks and name calling but revert to the same? Give me the facts not tin foil, why won't he release his fathers naturalization documents? Give me a reason or excuse why he hasn't? If he ends up being Pres or VP don't you think libs will challenge him? Cut to the chase now not later. His refusal is an indication he can't or won't release the documents as they do not help him. JMHO.

You are indulging in the “have you stopped beating your wife” fallacy.

You give birthers a bad name.

If your “arguments” are all you have left to discredit Santorum, then you are substantively running on fumes.

And that’s NOT an ad hominem. It’s an assessment of the strength of your arguments, namely that they are worse than useless.

And you are indulging in the fallacy of the argument from silence. Unless he demonstrates that his father was a naturalized citizen he necessarily must have something to hide, seems to be the extent of your “argument.”

Well, perhaps he hasn’t released such documents
because it’s always been clear to him and everyone around him that his father was a citizen.

By the way. Have you stopped beating your wife? Until you release proof to FR that you have indeed stopped beating your wife, we can only assume that you still beat your wife.

Oh, and by the way, I assume that you are a secret agent for Vladimir Putin. Until you prove that you are NOT a secret agent for Vladimir Putin, we can only assume that you have something to hide. Either you are an agent for Vladimir Putin or, worse still, you are a runner for the Colombian drug cartel. You haven’t proven that you are not. So I can only assume you are.

Either that or you are a sleeper jihadist recruited by AlQuaida. Prove that you are not. Until you do, we can only assume you are.

Santorum was born on American Soil.
Santorum was a citizen at the moment of birth.

That is ALL that is required.

Your “interpretation” is NOT valid law, and it never has been.

And what else do you “demand”?

His last urine test?
His grades, in kindergarten?
The AKC certificates for any dog he has ever owned?

What you ask for is NOT at all required, it is stupid to answer stupid questions.

You are wrong. You have NO legal authority on your side of this stupid arguments.

So what? What does that have to do with the price of rice in China or whether his father was naturalized before he was born? Answer the question, don't deflect it Mr Tinfoil. Who I am or my reasons are not pertinent only the answer is and his refusal to provide it. Certainly not transparent, another Obama...

...Many, many contacts over several months by many people to Rick Santorum’s campaign offices by telephone, letters, and email … and even to his home address in VA via registered postal mail with questions about how, where, and when his father Aldo Santorum [who was born in Italy to non-U.S. Citizen parents] became a US. Citizen, have gone unanswered. Rick it is a simple question and the public has the right to know. When did your immigrant father who came to the USA naturalize? Provide a copy of the paperwork of same to the American electorate. Rick Santorum has been asked repeatedly to provide copies to the public of his father’s Citizenship papers.

The questions to Rick Santorum have gone repeatedly ignored and unanswered. Why? This evasive behavior on this subject by Rick Santorum reminds me of the same type of behavior by Marco Rubio. See the prior story about Marco Rubio and ultimately what we learned as to why he was evading answering the citizenship status of his parents and when they became U.S. Citizens in relation to Marco’s birth date here....

YOu could well be wrong couldnt you? Only the US Supreme Court can answer that question, not you not me. As for it being a stupid argument, why not answer it then if it means nothing? Talk about stupid arguments.

Actually, only a liberal would want the Supreme Court to decide such issues.

The Constitution CLEARLY gives this job to the States and to the Congress.

I guess you didn't learn much in school, ther is no such thing as a stupid question to the person or persons acking it. Now you musk ask yourself why millions of Americans and attorneys are asking the same question, many legal briefs have been written about the "stupid question" How can it be so stupid if the answer is not clear? Same thing went for global warming, The people who challenged global warming were ridiculed and turned out to be right. Quit your tantrum and try and use your brain for some real thought. Remember people who thought the world was round were thought to be stupid...again they were right.

The why did Congress try and change eligibility to be President 8 times recently and fail? Must be a real stupid Congress....

....It will also be necessary to note as part of historical record from June 2003 to Feb. 2008, Congress made 8 attempts to remove from Article II Section I the “natural born citizen” clause, both Republicans and Democrats. The Bill numbers and dates are as follows:
HJR 59 June 11, 2003 Sponsor: Vic Snyder (D)
HJR 67 Sept 2, 2003 Sponsor: John Conyers (D)
SB 2128 Feb 25, 2004 Sponsor: Don Nichols (R)
HJR 104 Sept 15, 2004 Sponsor: Dana Rohrabacher (R)
HJR 42 Jan 4, 2005 Sponsor: John Conyers (D)
HJR 15 Feb 1, 2005 Sponsor: Dana Rohrabacher (R)
HJR 42 April 14, 2005 Sponsor: Vic Snyder (D)
SB 2678 Feb 28, 2008 Sponsor: Claire McCaskill (D) Co-sponsor: Barack Obama (D)

After being unable to remove or alter the natural born citizen clause Article II Section I Clause V from the U.S. Constitution, the Senate went forth with Senate Resolution 511 on April 10, 2008 sponsored by Claire McCaskill and with Barack Obama as a co-sponsor. This Resolution, http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d110:S.RES.511 though non-binding addressed John McCain and the natural born citizen clause, concluded a natural born citizen “was born to American citizens”. Furthermore, at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on April 3, 2008 Senator Leahy asked Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, himself a former Federal judge, if he had doubts that McCain was eligible to serve as President. Mr. Chertoff replied “My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally-a natural born American citizen.” “That is mine, too,” said Leahy..... http://www.c-spanvideo.org/program/SecurityOver/start/2279/stop/2370.

By your twisted logic, you have the “right” to waste everyone else’s time, energy, and money on any stupid idea you come up with, huh?

This is silly.

You have NOBODY in authority who agrees with you, anywhere.

The Courts are not granted the duty to manage Presidential elections, that duty is given to States and to Congress.

The States and Congress have spoken.

Congress has an absolute right and duty to interpret and enforce the Constitution.

Your post is silly.

OF COURSE Congress should explain their reasoning in these matters.

By the way? The decisions of Congress DO carry the weight of law, when done in this manner.
