Nearly a year ago, as Japan struggled with the devastation wrought by the March 11, 2011 earthquake and tsunami, the United States military launched Operation Tomodachi, a major humanitarian aid mission, to help the Japanese government respond to the crisis. More Lies.
The majority of Nations We give foriegn Aid to Treat us like Trash, Mock us, and Vote against us at the UN.
I say we cut them all off of this Waste of Tax Payer Money.
Completely agree. Aiding countries following natural disasters (like Japan, for example, cited here).....absolutely. Otherwise, fuhgedaboutit.
I think it really depends on the type of aid. Aid after major disasters is helpful. Ordinary aid that you give to a nation every year do not buy you any good will in that nation because most don’t even know where the aid is coming from
the tsunami in Japan effected most of the country. It was a MAJOR disaster. Everyone was pretty much effected by it. The disaster in Indonesia only effected a small part of the country and most of the population in the area that US helped out were wiped out

I totally agree with you.”Views of U.S in Pakistan” in article tells it all.
Completely agree.I think Japan is one of the most, if not most, pro-USA country.

Yup Japan and India have a more favorable view of the nUS than any other country and definitely more so than the American left.
Does crying count as "being very moved"?? 'Cause I started about 1/3 of the way into it.
Yep - they don't even pretend to like us when asking for demanding aid. Yet we lkeep giving it to them. No wonder so many 30 year old "kids" still live at home....
