Congress includes some of the “dumbest” and “raunchiest” people in the country — but also some of the smartest — House Speaker John Boehner said in a report published this weekend.

Boehner (R-Ohio) told the Wall Street Journal's Peggy Noonan that it can be difficult to wrangle misbehaving members of Congress, while arguing that the chamber is not uniquely corrupt or scandal-prone.

"What’s the name of that dumba$$ who thought Guam was liable to sink if more troops were transferred there? "

Election districts are drawn to assure Affirmitive Action in congress too.

Dumbest and raunchiest, yet unfortunately Republican leadership is no match for them. The ethics committee can’t even do the slightest thing to the dumbest and raunchiest and crookedest of them

Or, Snowe.

I hope we hear a lot more trouble makes falling this fall.

It isn’t too late to turn our nation around. We just need to get rid of the trash and get in a majority of conservative leadership.

A lot of these creeps need to be jailed and forced to repay as much of the damage they created as possible.

In Minnesota, that honor goes to Rep. Betty McCollom.

The only thing going for her is that she represents a highly Democrat district. if not for that, she probably would have been tossed out of office quite a while ago.

Congressman Boehner, will all those knuckle-draggers around, how’d we end up with such a marshmallow as Speaker of the House?

“Well at least in 2013 we won’t have Frank, Weiner, Dicks and Kucinich”

But we will still have Boner, Can’ther, and McCarthy!
