Joseph P. Kennedy III is defending his dad’s vocal support for oil-rich U.S. antagonist and Iran ally Venezuela, saying the deal his father’s power-for-the-poor nonprofit struck with a state-run petrol firm has done plenty of good and little, if any, harm.
