Last week, President Obama signed into law the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011, which has been called “the anti-Occupy” bill, but as the ACLU points out, it was the elimination of one word from an existing law that could make life harder for protesters.

“it was the elimination of one word from an existing law that could make life harder for protesters.”

Only Tea Party protesters. The left won’t pay heed to it and Obama would support them anyway.

Not like he follows laws anyway.

Hmmmm. The red flag I saw in that article was that this newly changed law would make it easier for the Secret Service to make arrests but on what grounds? “Knowingly” was taken out so now one “unknowingly” tresspassing could be arrested. IOW, a civil servant goes to work at 8 am and Dear Leader announces the New World Order so at 10 am all government workers who aren’t in lockstep can be arrested.

The OWS was supposed to be an excuse for martial law.
That failed but they got this anti TEA party law instead.

Congress can & has passed unconstitutional laws & frankly doesn’t care if they are constitutional or not . Sadly the courts are increasingly more interested in control of the population as the members of the judicial branch view the average citizen as more of a peasant with the right to kiss a$$ & suck d**k and do as they are told or else.
