If she turns out to have been a bad governor, then I suspect they will. If she ends up having done a good job, then do her campaign contributions matter?
She used the Tea Party to get into office and has been sucking up to the GOP establishment ever since. As Trent Lott said, the establishment needs to indoctrinate successful Tea Party candidates as soon as possible to prevent their out of the box thinking.
Her taking money from Romney in exchange for her endorsement is more of a symptom of her problem. I seriously doubt she’ll be an effective conservative during her term in office.
