Surely this invokes memories in somebody who remembers the citizens of the former Soviet Union standing in line to buy toilet paper.
I do.

When ‘IT’ really hits, a trip to Walmart will be futile, as they will be cleaned out in hours, if not minutes. The key is to ALREADY have your inventory - at least for 4 years of normal use, or so.
If not, have fun waiting in line after line to try to grab what little crumbs become available (after we collapse...which WILL be soon).

...many employees are forced to bring their own rolls.Where there's a will, there's a way.
New bennie for NJ state workers: you get to supply your own toilet paper. Cool!

Help Trenton, NJ; recycle your old phone books by sending them to Trenton for use.

They need a blue-ribbon panel and a bidding process, and they need to make sure the paper is eco-friendly and socially conscious and doesn’t aid Israel and comes from an Obama-donor company....
This could take weeks.

Use the tax laws and environmental regulations. There’s got to be thousands of pages of them.

Naw, heck, you could probably use 10-20 sheets of regulations & still have plenty to go ‘round.

Trenton has always been full of liberal shit so it’s time to call Joe the Plumber, the Roto-Rooter Man, and a supplier of Super Ex-Lax.
PS: THere isn’t enough toilet paper in New Jersey to clean up Trenton. Sandpaper, maybe.
To: SandRat
We started saving the phone books (finally). To be used as fire starter, tp, etc. I’m glad I read that tip someplace (maybe here). Ya never know...
To: Borax Queen
Index pages from catalogs work too. The Glossy photo pages are too slick.

They should take Sheryl Crow’s advice. One pane at a time and their inventory will last a lifetime.
