The story as reported by the Texas media is pretty damning. The headline of the LifeNews article is misleading, however. The loser is the president of only the Lubbock, Texas, Planned Parenthood organization.

You’re kidding.
THe indecent exposure arrest had nothing to do with the personal info found in their dumpster.
He was arrested for IE near an area where children play.
THe rest was simply background info on problems at Lubbock’s PP.
